FINAL SALE ITEMS

All accessories, intimates, sale items, and discounted orders, including those using discount codes during promotional events, are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

RETURNS & ONLINE CREDIT

  • We do not offer money-back refunds.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card.

  • Returns that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your store credit.

Note: Shipping fees from orders with free shipping will be deducted from your store credit upon return.

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • The Boutique does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to:

    • Packages refused at delivery

    • Returns due to undeliverable addresses

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are processed as they are received and cannot be modified or canceled after 30 minutes of being placed.

  • We cannot add items or make changes once an order is confirmed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or Postal Boxes. Orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

  • We are not responsible for damage after an item has been worn.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Zippers are tested before shipment. We are not liable for damage caused by forcing a zipper or stress tears from items being too snug or mishandled.

RETURN SHIPPING & REDELIVER

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both directions on returns.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

    • We will contact you once it’s received back.

    • You will be invoiced for redelivery shipping fees.

    • If the return window has expired, no credit or cancellation will be issued.

    • We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed status.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

  • Accounts with frequent returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on store credit.

  • If return activity is deemed excessive, we reserve the right to review and refuse future service at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • If your package is held by customs, you are responsible for any import or duty fees due.

  • If unclaimed and returned to us:

    • We will notify you and offer redelivery (shipping charges apply).

    • We cannot cancel or credit the order if it falls outside the return window.

    • We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed at customs.
