We provide customers with store credit if merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of the customer having received it. We do NOT provide refunds or return labels; customers are responsible for all return fees. More information can be found online:
I RECEIVED AN ITEM AND IT'S DAMAGED
Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, via email Gialuxecouture@gmail.com so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to assist. Please do not send any item back that is damaged as we will not accept it without prior notification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Packages must be mailed back via UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or any major shipping company. We do not accept packages in person in our facilities. Please do not bring your package in person as it will not be accepted.

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS: ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE MAILED. Our storefront is currently closed and we cannot accept return drop offs at our pick-up location.
Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 21 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Original tags, including Gia Luxe Couture tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit on orders that fall back $99
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Gia Luxe Couture does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
AFTERPAY/ INSTALLMENTS / ZIP-PAY (FORMALLY QUADPAY) RETURNS:
If your return is approved by following the guidelines of this return policy: You will still need to complete your agreement / installments with ZIP or AFTERPAY. ZIP or AFTERPAY will not refund any portion of your installments for returns with us. A full credit for the item(s) will be provided to you immediately after your return is processed. Therefore, a full payment of the agreed installments with Afterpay is required to keep a good standing with them.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns, we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
REQUEST A RETURN:
Before starting a return below, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 21st day would be sent back regardless of approval.
The return package must arrive to us on or before the 21st day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt.
